My Fitness Journey…
Movement has always been my medicine and my art. From dance to yoga to strength training, I’ve spent years exploring how the body can be both grounded and expressive. I’m a certified yoga teacher with a passion for creating spaces where people feel safe, strong, and seen. My journey has been about more than fitness, it’s about helping others connect mind, body, and soul.
What to expect in my class…
Expect an empowering flow that balances grounding strength with playful freedom. I teach with intention, weaving in music, mantra, and mindfulness to help you drop into your body and rise into your power. You’ll leave feeling challenged, centered, and a little more connected to yourself.
Favorite types of music…
Anything that moves the body and stirs the soul, from vibey downtempo beats to Latin rhythms, R&B, hip hop, and the occasional throwback anthem. If it makes you feel something, it’s on my playlist.
