My Fitness Journey:
15 yrs ago as an avid cyclist I was looking for a way to stay in shape during off-season so I started taking spin classes, and within a short period of time became certified to teach.
Immediately became interested in teaching other types classes so I pursued as manny courses as time allowed.
Along the way I became:
TRX Master Trainer
FKT Kettlebell Instructor
ISSA Personal Trainer

What to expect in my classes:
I focus on Functional Training Methods, and challenge you to learn new moves, while pushing yourself so you can achieve your goals, but at the same time giving the utmost attention to proper form and technique

Music?  “Classic Rock is all I’ve got” LOL Seriously. Guaranteed you’ll hear nothing else.

Fun Fact: In High School I was smoking a pack of cigarettes a day…but quit when I started running and joined the track team.
Fun Fact 2: I once ate 100 chicken wings at one setting (tell you full story some other time)
