My Fitness Journey…
I was a runner when I was younger, and I loved the rush and freedom it gave me. When my knees forced me to find an alternative, I found power yoga — and it gave me the same sense of release, clarity, and energy. What started as just another workout quickly became way more: a daily practice that connects my mind, body, and breath, and helps me stay grounded in how I live and move each day.
My Day Job…
I’m an entrepreneurial commercial real estate developer. My work keeps me busy and creative, but it also makes balance essential. Yoga gives me the clarity and grounding I need to show up fully in my career, with my family, and in my personal life.
My Teaching Journey…
I’ve been guiding students for over 14 years, and I’m Baptiste-Certified — a foundation that shapes the way I lead, sequence, and hold space.
What to Expect in My Class…
You can expect breath-guided motion, where each movement is intentional. My classes mix strength, balance, meditative flow, and yes — a healthy sweat, all with a music backdrop that grounds you, lifts your energy, and clears your mind. My goal is simple: challenge your body, calm your mind, and leave you feeling centered.
Favorite Music…
Music plays a big role in how I shape the energy of class. I’m drawn to sounds that are soulful and rhythmic — grounded yet uplifting, steady enough to support your breath but dynamic enough to carry you forward. The rhythm builds with the practice: starting calm, rising into energy, and closing with reflection.
Guilty Pleasures…
Red wine while cooking, bread and pasta, and bread and pasta.
