I have been a runner and yogi for over 20 years. I love movement and finding and learning about what my body can do and seeing that parallel translate to peace and mindfulness.
What to expect in my class…
I try to help students focus on alignment while cueing to breath and movement in classes. We move with intention while also having fun 😁

What I hope you’ll learn:
Coming into a class can be fun and it builds community. You’ll see people time after time which allows you to recognize your strengths as well as that of others. That’s how you build one an another up.
