Get ready for a special edition of Barre! Join us on Thanksgiving morning for a BIG helping from the BARRE BUFFET! You’ll enjoy 60 minutes of Barre Burn, with an extra “serving” of stretch and relaxation to finish out the class! Barre Burn is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates. Be prepared for a total body workout with dynamic exercises and fiery sequences, targeting both large and small muscle groups. This class will help strengthen and tone your muscles, while increasing cardiovascular endurance. Using fitness balls, bands, sliders and light weights, you’ll work your muscles to fatigue, creating that “burn” and “after burn” to produce results!
