No dance experience required! Learn how to move your body in new ways that will elevate your level of fitness. Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of modern, jazz, lyrical, and ballet. Movements will be broken down to the beginner level. Before you know it, you’ll be connecting your mind and body through beautiful, fluid dance combinations! Stretching will also be incorporated into this class. Hanna Pawlowski is a Williamsville native and dancer since childhood. She’s now pursuing dance at the college level and has extensive teaching experience.
